Mental and physical preparation are just as important as knowing your options. Wherever and however you give birth, I’ll be there to guide and support you every step of the way.

Doula Support

As a doula, I provide holistic support tailored to your needs, ensuring both you and your partner feel confident, prepared, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.

Informational Support:
  • Evidence-based guidance on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum

  • Helping you navigate your options so you can make informed choices

  • Support in understanding hospital policies and interventions

Physical Support:
  • Comfort techniques like massage, breathing exercises, and movement

  • Hands-on assistance with relaxation and pain management

  • Partner support guidance, ensuring they feel involved and empowered

Emotional Support:
  • A safe space to express any fears, hopes, and questions about birth

  • Reassurance and encouragement through all stages of labor

  • Birth preferences discussions to align with your values and wishes

Doula Offering

This package provides continuous emotional, informational, and physical support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.

I truly believe that every family deserves doula support. My services are available on a sliding scale, so if you feel you need doula support, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we can discuss what works best for you.

Doula Support Includes:
  • A free, non-binding meet & greet to see if we’re the right fit.

  • Three prenatal appointments to discuss birth preferences, comfort techniques, and emotional preparation.

  • Help with birth plan preparation to ensure your choices are clearly communicated.

  • 24/7 on-call support from 37 to 42 weeks for whenever you need me.

  • Continuous labor support at home and/or in the hospital—no matter how long it takes.

  • Two postpartum visits to support your recovery and transition into parenthood.

  • Continuous phone and email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum for any questions or reassurance.

  • Access to my network of trusted professionals, including lactation consultants, pelvic floor therapists, chiropractors, and more.

  • Birth photos and videos based on your wishes.
